Purchased a cell c contract for business purposes in beginning Jan. It took Cell C The Glen a week to connect me. I then discovered an audio problem but obviously, it was now too late to give the phone back during the 7 day warranty - due to late connection and being unable to use the phone to discover the problem. I was also experiencing serious problems with not being able to receive or make calls which appeared to be a network problem - no signal.
