Margate Hotel
The Margate Hotel emailed a quote and denied the pricing on the quote. How foolish is that to deny electronic confirmation especially by the manager himself. The manager Lawrence Howman admitted that his staff made an error and defended his staff more than fix the error made on my booking. His pitch to me was that he was not ready to argue, but was already in the argumentative mood when he called me, he further made the conversation about what kind of person he is? Real Cool!. What happended to professional management, he certainly needs to be re-schooled in hospitality. If the manager is a reflection of the hotel, can you imagine the service? read full review »
