This company sucks! They are running a scam on customers. I rented a car in September 2010 for one day and brought the car back as scheduled. MORE than THREE (3) months later, that is in January 2011, I received a letter from Vengroff, Williams & Associates, Inc. stating that I have had an unpaid toll violations and that as a result of that they I "have been automatically enrolled in the Pass 24 prepaid toll program abd charged applicable toll service and administrative fees".
