i register for sms broadcast service with etisalat, i couldnt use the service because whenever i send an sms the sender(the user name) doesnt appear in the sms.I made more than a complain with etisalat(complain no 1560)but unfortunately etisalat didnt take any action towards this issue. who is the right person to resolve this issue? read full review »
