I ordered online free trial as recommended on the Oprah show, acai pure for 1.99. I was billed 41.85 on 10/27/08 for products I had not ordered. I called the customer service number as listed on the brochure and waited over 4 hrs. I was told to return the unwanted items and I would get credit to my account. However, I was billed on 11/13/08 39.95. I called again, waited for hrs. I was told to return the Acai Pure supplement also for full credit.
