When my contract was up on December 10, 2010 I called to have both my phone lines cancled T-mobile made it extremly diffcult and transfered me to three different departments before I was told my lines would be canceled. I recieved a bill a few weeks later for 400 dollars. I was given a detailed billing cycle was for after I closed out my account.
