10 Years ago Citimortage Bungled my Construction loan and i have never recovered financially. In brief they paid thousands of dollars (50K+) from my construction loan at the request of my General contractor WITHOUT inspecting that the work for which the money was being paid was completed and completed completely. The fact was the work had never been done and the contractor was just stealing the money. The contractor ended up being arrested and i had to furnish the missing money to complete the job.
