they are in habit of starting the value added services by their own and deducing the money.initially on request they refunded the money three times but later they have disabled my customer care service.in december 2010 i have recharged my accounnt with Rs. 444 and Rs.250 was deducted out of it on the name of services started which i never did. initially customer care used to blame of accidently pressing the buttons of mobile but fortunately i use nokia 5233 which is a touch screen mobile. as they do not have further excuses they have permenently disabled my customer care no. read full review »
