Hi I have booked Flight IT151 Pune-Delhi(22nd Jan, 2011) and Flight IT154 Delhi-Pune(24th Jan, 2011) Flight at about 2:00PM today(19/01/2011).Trasaction was complete(net banking) and Rs11114 was deducted from my ICICI account, but I did not get the PNR number and the tickets in my mailbox.I have attached mini statement from my ICICI account as well. I have written to [email protected] for a refund as told by Customer care department but no replies.Can any one tell me what should I do next...
