Claim adjudicator, Gloria Hurt, is obviously and blatantly incompetent. She stated that my Corvette was comparable to a subcompact/compact car rental. After that demonstration of stupidity, she subsequently assigned blame for an auto collision where I was rear ended to me in spite of the police report and the repair shop clearly stating that the other driver was at fault. Her incompetence is clear and appropriate action by her bosses should be taken, although her immediate supervisor failed to return my call. My new insurance premium devalued my auto 30% and raised the premium 20%! After 20 + years I am through with Firemans. read full review »
