This last episode of dealing with AutoZone - Store #1205 includes very poor customer service, rude behavior from sales, and outstanding accounting issues which will result in the severance of our commercial relationship. I have had issues with AutoZone almost since inception of working with them as a commercial account last year. I have been more than understanding, kind and working with them continually on a monthly basis for the same issues over & over again. Carquest Auto Parts

I am past trying to work with this store. Too many changes, lackluster service, store managers not wanting to help, leaving early, assistant managers questioning why you call their store and not knowing how to look up parts requested the day before nor be able to locate in their system. Sales managers not even attempting to make an effort to work with your shop. Regional sales manager not wanting to listen to commercial customers and deal with problems. Advance Auto Parts

I have a commercial account with Advance Auto Parts and the level of service has continued to deteriorate. I have been waiting on a labor claim since October 1, 2010. I have called customer service and filed more than one complaint, attempted to speak with sales personnel, commercial account manager, district manger, regional office, and store manager. NO ONE has the decency to return a call or email. Apparently my business is no longer wanted by Advance Auto Parts. I will take my money and business elsewhere. read full review »
