The quality of service of IFB washing machines is very pathetic. I live in annanagar in chennai and i have been trying to seek the help of the IFB service personnel for rectifying a simple problem for the past 2 months and the problem still persists..There is nothing done beyond attending the call and stating that some will attend to your problem. The staff visited my house twice and tried doing something, but in vain.
