Wal-Mart needs to screen its employees much more carefully if it wants to remain in the economy of this age. Don't get me wrong, I do love Wal-Mart. BUT, right now, something is going seriously wrong. I noticed the change recently. The layout of the store itself was changed. First, a rather awkward cubicle-like structure was stuck right in the middle of the store, which made sense- it was the changing room and clothes were to the left of it.
