I ordered a Britax Evolva 123 Plus car seat from this company on 10/12/10 for a Christmas Present. It was not delivered until 23/12/10. I had to Christmas wrap the seat without unpacking it. When it was unboxed for fitting on 1/1/11 it was found to be damaged. I telephoned bambinodirect on 2/1/11 but there was no reply. I then telephoned again on 4/1/11 and also emailed only to be told I was out of the 7 day limit for returning this item unless I paid the full return costs.
