I was presented with a microwave oven. It looked nice but when I tried to make it work -after carefully reading the instructions- it did not worked. I assumed that it would be a minor problem and that the Customer support service will try to make it work. They did not. They did not even try, as soon as they asked the model they told me go to the service center -35 miles away- and leave it for a repair. Reposition is out of the question.
