WHAT has happened to customer service. I have been to several car dealerships over the past few weeks, and RT 23 HONDA wins the PRIZE for the WORST customer service. The salesman could NOT be bothered with us, was "BUSY" talking to his coworker and seemed annoyed at ANY and ALL questions. NO WONDER their sales are DOWN!! read full review »
