Buyer Beware This horrid little company charged my account, then emailed me to say they did not have the merchandise. I later found out that they charged my account and had no intentions of issuing a credit. I called (no answer, filled mailbox or voicemail), chatted (chat operator never answered)and emailed with no response for weeks. Finally I spoke with someone who refused to cancel the order or admit any wrong doing. According to Sav-on-Crafts.com it's acceptable to charge my account without having the merchandise and ignore me when I want a refund . Rude and fraudulent . San Diego Tourism Fraud Bad Weather Cold I want to start by stating that I have lived in most areas in the United States East, North East South and North West . Where do i begin ? This company was forced on me when I purchased a home. They went over all of my appliances and agreed to cover everything including my non ducted air conditioner . 5 YEARS, 7 ISSUES 1. AHS sent out a plumber that was sexually abusive, he chased me around my house until i found myself standing on the front lawn. I reported it to AHS they ignored me. AHS abused my credit card. in a word the owner is a nut. This guy refused to just process my online order he had to call my home and try to sell me additional furniture. He said the piece i order was a genuine antique but when i got it home I could see it was a reproduction. He says he sells Antiques and Replicas but I was verbally assured I was ordering an antique, I received a Reproduction .I returned it and it was a that point he went crazy. in good faith i purchased spices . they arrive damaged. I reported the damage and was informed food could not be refunded or REPLACED. I had to contact my credit card company for help . I still returned to items and my credit card issued a chargeback. At that point the owner became extremely hostile threatening me with prosecution and bodily harm.
