Recently, my website was removed from the web community after and issue with the domain name occurred. GoDaddy, the custodian, was notified of the issue, as well as; the fact that the this name was trademarked and used as part of my DOING BUSINESS AS. The president of the company was notified and advised me of the fact that my domain name would be auctioned regardless and to purchase a $30 domain name back order, as well as, submit documents to their legal department to demonstrate ownership - which I did.
