I was informed that the rewards program was being cancelled and that i had to use my points. I ordered a microwave and a little tool box. After a period i received the tool box but no microwave. the box was broken, and i honed and informed them, they said no problem and that i was to throw it away and they will send me a new one. i have never received the replacement.
