I logged a complaint on this site a month ago and got a response almost immediately. I was promised that my faulty NEW phone (R8000) will be picked up and sent to Sony for repairs. I have all the email communication in this regard. Well I am disgusted that I have to chase up with these people on when they will collect. To date they have not collected my phone. This is all promises and no action. I am disgusted that Sony being a company as it is does not deliver! read full review »
