The Paul Younane neckline slimmer that I bought in June of '09, broke, at the base on Jan. 20, 2010, and there are no replacement parts for it. Shipping and handling fees almost equal the cost of the merchandise, so buying a new one every other year is unacceptable. For the benefit of the customers a more durable plastic should be used, and I will not buy another one until this is done. read full review »
