Purchased a pair of what I thought was authentic UGG Australia boots for $109.00. The product arrived. It was an OBVIOUS fake. Poor quality boot, stained cheap leather, bunches at th ankle, the inside plush sheep's fur was fraying. This is NOT at all charactoristic of authentric UGGS. The packaging wasplastic wrap and brown box- not in an Ugg shoe box. Return address is in Chinese and we are unable to connect with the company as they are OFF line and removed from the internet.
