I'm an international business student and Wells Fargo doesn't have any partner banks overseas in Germany or China. This means I get hit with the Wells Fargo $5 overseas atm fee + 3% transaction fee + fees from the atm owning bank ($18). I simply cannot afford +$23 per atm transaction (once a week). I spoke with three people and two managers. No one had any solutions for me so it appears that my business is not important to Wells Fargo.
