I order a product online and I gave the order number to a person to get the product. It was in late december. This person went to the store to pick the product up, however they sold it in early january. So, the product was not available anymore. We call many times to the store and they don't give us any solution. They told me that the product was picked up and they cannot refund. We have the receipt and we never got the product.
