I recently made a purchase from WeGotBetterDeals. The item was advertised as BRAND NEW and UNOPENED on EBay. (they also have a direct site) My item arrived and it was not only opened it was used! I figured hey stuff happens so I would just reach out the them to get a replacement. This is where it went from bad to worse. The customer service I received was horrible and they were down right rude.
