first of all, air-tel have substandard customer care executive and they even don't know how 2 great people and how 2 hear their problem, they only just trying 2 disconnect the call as soon as possible, even when customer is paying for this call. I have informed C.C.E about my customer care service was blocked for 4 months and they gave me first complaint no- 1011280562700 and they ask to wait for 48 hrs.
