I visited Denny's Restaurant on White Lane in Bakersfield, CA. I ordered a dish that was a Tortilla with hamburger and cheese on it. When it came the hamburger was black as if it had been saved for sometime and not eatable. I returned it to the server and told her I wanted something else and she made sure she took off the price of the first order and charged me for the second. I don't know what your customer relations are but most of the time the meal should have been free. I also have a relative who frequents this same store and he said it is terrible food any more.
