I have purchased a VOLTAS vertis premium 2 ton split air conditioner on 20/04/2010.It was installed on 30/04/2010. After one month the running sound of the A/c machine increased and the cooling was not sufficient. After making a complaint with the dealer M/s.Ganesh Raja Engineers coimbatore, I had to wait upto 16/07/2010 for their attention.
