I had a transmission failure at 55k miles. United Car Care carries my extended warrentee. They did replace the transmission through my Toyota dealership but unstead of putting a rebuilt part in they replaced it with a used transmission. The tranny now works but has a clunk noise when placing it in park. They claim this ok and I say that it never did that before and I consider it an unsafe repair. I have call and written a letter to the dealership that sold me the warrentee and so far no responce. I would not recommend using UCC for any extended warrentee. read full review »
