I began my mortgage in 1991 with Waterfield Financial. It was set up that I would not have escrow and would take care of my own insurance. I never had a problem with the mortgage as long as Waterfield was in charge. Then Citimorgage took over. It took over a year and a half with many letters and phone conversations to convince Citimortgage that I did not have an escrow. During that time they continually tried to foreclose on my home.
