FedEx is PATHETIC, has very poor customer service, you can't understand them on the phone (outsourced service -- surprise, surprise). I will NEVER USE THEM again!!! I ordered a package that requires a signature. They missed us TWICE -- Wednesday and Thursday (Because they can't narrow down the delivery time any closer than a 12 hour window). On the 2nd attempt (Thursday) I called and asked them to hold at the FedEx Store so I could drive there and pick-up the package myself... they said OK it would be there on Saturday.
