It was Sunday on Jan 23, 2011 at 5:00pm when we went to Tim Hortons. When ordering a chedder cheese bagel and coffee, we found that Mohammed was too uncaring and slow. When we got the cheese bagel we found it was almost completely burnt. This was bad service. We hope that the management takes corrective action with this employee. We would also appreciate a free bagel in return for this poor service. We intend to tell all of our friends and family about how dissatisfied we were with this location's poor customer service. read full review »
