As a Mexican-American I believe I can say the following: 90% of the times that I have my requests for no onion, mayonaise, or catsup ignored it is by an Hispanic employee. The last time was different in that the guy conferred with his manager, laughed and then proceeded to hand me a burger with onions, mayonaise and catsup. I don't think they normally even put mayonaise on quarter pounders unless you ask for it.
