i purchased tickets on here for the euromillions draw, i won a small amount and had it applied to a second purchase. I won a little on the second draw and now I have been trying to get them to pay me for 2 months and they always have an excuse. They claim to have sent it December 7 and it would take a week, then it was 2 to 3 weeks and then it was ' oh well the christmas rush blah blah blah'' i gave them the mailing address and they replied asking for it in the same email I had givem it to them in. I went into the 24 hour esso station on Via Livornese in Pisa on Saturday night at 10.30pm and put my 10 euros in and tried to pump the gas. Nothing happened. I returned today and the owner verified the transaction but said since I had no receipt I could not have my money or gas. He spoke rapidly in Italian and when I asked him to speal slowly he went off. When I asked him just to give me the number of the head office, he went off like a firecracker. Told me to go to the Carabinieri. So I did.
