$800 cruise deposit was made but only $200 was sent to the cruise line. Agent, Dianne Tuttle, cancelled and rescheduled the cruise four times without my knowledge. The trip, according to the cruise line, is now cancelled but I have not received the refund. I learned about the mishandling of the deposit money after talking directly with the cruise line. A $1, 000 deposit was provided on October 15, 2010 for two additional cruises but the cruises were cancelled before the deposit money was sent to the cruise line.
