I wanted to return three items I had ordered Nov. 24, 2010, from MyShape. I contacted them and received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label on Dec. 15, with their apologies that I wanted to return them but thank you for going through the return process. The refund was estimated at $265.73. By January 11, 2011, I hadn't received a refund yet, though UPS confirmed that MyShape received the items that I returned.
