DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! My girlfriend pre-paid for her and I to take rock climbing lessons as a Christmas gift. She was told that she needed to book at least 2 days ahead of time. Seeing as our anniversary was also coming up, we decided that we would make a weekend out of it and rock climb on Saturaday.
