When I called, they promissed to help, giving me the impression that the auto industry gauged the prices and used the highest interest rates possible to sick to the customer. Amazingly smooth they were. They were very accommdating with the payment options, breaking it down to three installments. The scam case can be titles "Take The Funds and Run". For four months they gave me the run around. After they got their money, I never got an answer on where my claim stood.
