I've been wondering for years how can I file a complaint about this place. The service has been horrible for years. I live in the apartments right next to it and I no longer go there unless I'm starving without my car. There have been times where I've gone and received burgers without patties, super cold fries, the wrong meat, and cold burgers. They ALWAYS take SOOO LONG with your order nearly every time I go trough the drive thru.
