I authorized a $20 payment via my debit card. RPM charged my account $25, they said the $5 was a transaction fee that they may/or may not have told me about. I also tried to move the date of another payment I was to make, I was assured by the agent I originally spoke with that is was "no problem". The agent I spoke with tonight said the payment was "set in stone" and couldn't be changed, THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!
