What is the deal with the McDonalds in West Frankfort? Their night shift group is pathetic. The drive through service is much less than desired with a RUDE Employee taking orders and then shoving my debit card at me while looking and chatting with a buddy behind her. No thank you, kiss my butt or bugger off from her. THis makes two times I have ran into her at the joint. The morning shift seems to be great but geesh that night shift group needs to learn customer courtesy. A simple "hello" goes a long way sometimes. read full review »
