Ordered Double Play on Nov. 25, 2010, as comcast website states the package is available at my address. Ordered PC Router and SUPERPASS, at the the suggestion of Comcast. Was told the Field Inspection would take 7 to 10-days. It took 43-Days, (ostensibly done on 1/07/2011). Determination was my address is not serviceable, though neighbors have it, moreover, my outside connection box is closer to my home than others with Comcast. Can't be little more than 100' if that.
