Had this company for a number of years. Barely used for repairs. When we really needed them for a replacement sump pump, (heavy rain in area), no plumber responded.After several calls to company, they sent out a plumber that improperly installed a plastic pump(warrantied for 45 days!). The float was hitting the side of the wall. Company would refuse to respond to our approximate 15 calls to them. This included upper management employees as well.
