I had ordered for my daughter her complete curriculum for grade 11, I was told the product would come in 2 weeks. Since then I have never gotten the product, now that schooling is 1/2 over and we had to purchase AGAIN from another company we wanted our money back. They never answer the phone (obviously they have caller id), do not answer e-mails, have complained to Better business bureau... they can do nothing. Have contacted a lawyer and small claims... they all suggest we work this out ourselves before taking the next step and sue... read full review »
