My Brother Jean Pierre has added a call limit on his cellphone of a R150.00 but his cell phone account came to over R5000.00 after we instructed MTN to block the phone on R150 and which we received a reference number 56368687 given by their call centre namely Penwell Diale. How are we able to sort this account out if no one gets back to you. We have forwarded emails to MTNS email addresses and to date had no response. This is unacceptable.
