I had an arrear of R2219, which I then settled in February 2010 and my payment profile was not updated until I called to enquire and I was told that my account is up to date and the payment profile will reflect after 7 March 2010. It was only incorrectly updated after 19 March 2010, still reflecting a non-payment even in February. Try calling the legal department, it is a nightmare!
