I went to Festival Mall Pick n Pay on Tuesday 16.03.10. It was before 13h00. I stood at the cigarette counter for about 5 minutes. There was 1 customer in front of me (no items in his hand) and he was being served by Salamina. Salamina had her head down (looking at the till) for the entire time that I stood there. I eventually asked if she will be much longer. She did not even lift her head, and just said 'I do not know' in a very rude tone! No apologies or saying there's a problem. I was shocked!!
