After contacting ATT Wireless on January 19th 2011 regarding an open ticket/complaint dating back in November I was subjected to offensive religious commentary by Kimberly Smith at their Paris Texas location. In escalating the issue I was basically told that ATT would talk to the employee but that beyond that they really don't care about losing another customer.
