These guys are cheating the public and the governement by selling car washes and not actually giving the car wash with no accountability to the customer or tax collectors. (the manager says they are selling car wash codes and not car washes, as if anyone would pay money for just the code)Mindless manager is OK with taking peoples money and not providing the car wash and now will suffer from negative reviews. This Lukoil location reeks of "going out of business soon" and should be allowed to go out sooner than later. Disrepectful management and a rip-off car wash sales ploy makes this business a loser. read full review »
