i ordered my goods over two months ago, they replyed for the first few emails but now they have stopped answering, they have sent me a tracking number and told me to go to a website that has not changed since the end of december. I need to get my money back, as they are clearly stealing my money. I have copies of the emails they have sent me and I am happy to send them onto you. can you please help as I am not rich and this was my daughters christmas present. my christmas was rubbish because of this. read full review »
